Brighton Hotel Guide

Hotel Pelirocco

Trend setting rock and roll boutique hotel off Regency Square.

Sexy, smart, successful and still cool.

All the rooms are themed differently, some of them outrageously so. It's best to look at the room gallery and try to choose your room yourself as they differ so much.

Hotel Pelirocco also has a sumptuous bar which, although seldom busy, is a pleasant place to enjoy a nightcap after an evening out in Brighton.

Other good Brighton hotels

New Steine Hotel

Another cleverly renovated Brighton hotel housed in a five storey Georgian town house.

The New Steine Hotel is has elegant rooms with attractive fittings and subtle style. Room facilities are all up-to-date too and yet prices are reasonable.

Colson House Hotel

If you like small intimate hotels, then the Colson could be just the ticket.

The Hotel is a converted Regency house a few hundred yards from Brighton Pavilion and the beach. Rooms are themed in a minor way after Hollywood stars (Audrey Hepburn, James Dean, etc) but are simple, smart and functional too. The level of theming is nothing like Hotel Pelirocco, for instance.

Room rates are decidedly reasonable.

Grand Hotel, Brighton

The DeVere Grand is still an iconic Brighton hotel.

If you like traditional large scale city hotels decorated in a comfortable "hotelly style", then this is the place for you. The Grand is right on the seafront and is convenient for most central Brighton attractions.

The Hotel has a spa. As with many central Brighton hotels, parking can be a little tricky, although there is an expensive NCP nearby.
